1917 UTAH WYOMING LIVESTOCK COMPANY - Incorporated in Utah - Stock #4. Issued to L.B. McCornick for 100 shares. Office at Salt Lake City, UT. Signed by John E. Austin as president - this name looks familiar. I believe I have seen this signature on some early mining stocks as well.

1929 UTAH ELECTRIC RADIO COMPANY - Incorporated in Utah - Issued to L.B. McCornick for 500 shares. Office at Salt Lake City. Utahs' first radio station (KZN) went on the air in May of 1922. This must have been one of the first companies to produce radios for the listening public. What great western broadcasting history!

1916 THE INDUSTRIAL CORPORATION - Incorporated in Utah - Issued to L.B. McCornick for 1 share. Stock #10. Unfortunately, I could find no information about what this company did. Office at Salt Lake City. This certificate has a couple of small tears along the folds.

GUARDIAN CASUALTY & GUARANTY COMPANY - VOTING TRUST CERTIFICATE - This was an insurance company located in the McCornick Building in Salt Lake City, Utah. Cert #5, issued to L.B. McCornick for 86 shares. The name F.J. Hagenbarth is in the fine print who also signed the certificate at the bottom as another trustee. Stamp at bottom reads McCornick & Co., Bankers. The company incorporated in May of 1909. My research indicates that W.S. McCornick was president. The fine print includes the dates 1916 & 1919. There is more history here than I can sort out in this small space.

Price - $50.00

1912 SALT LAKE TENNIS CLUB - Incorporated Under the Laws of Utah - Issued to L.B. McCornick for 1 share worth $100. There can't be too many of these around since there were only 85 shares of stock available. I did some research and found that O.J. Salisbury was an early professional tennis player at the club. He signed the certificate as president. Office at Salt Lake City, Utah.

Price - $120
